Mr. Mendes has a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University in California. He held positions in the transportation Industry for over 15 years, managing assets from, rail, barge, trucking and ships. He also set up and operated a rail roll on- roll off terminal for barges in Alaska. He then bought into a small drywall company in Seattle and within 8 years had grown the company significantly. He now lends his expertise to business development at DRS.

Mr. Guimont has a two year degree in Finance and Banking from Pima College in Arizona. He spent four years in the Air Force and was part of a missile launch control team for the Titan II missile system. When he left the service he started a two year apprentice program as a union drywall installer. As a contractor, he started his own drywall company which is still in existence 30 years later.

Mr. Thompson began his career with DTG scrapping in 1999 and has managed various drywall scrapping and recycling companies. He is well trained in dispatching, customer service, accounts receivable, and expansion. He is DRS Inc’s. General Manager and is responsible for overseeing all operations.

Mr. Biffle has 8 years of experience in the drywall recycling and scrapping industry. He began his career as a drywall scrapper and has worked in various positions for recycling and scrapping companies. Since early 2008, Mr. Biffle has served as the lead sales representative at DRS. His vast knowledge of recycling, construction and labor issues will prove to be an integral component of the planned expansion of DRS Inc.

Mr. Dunyon has 10 years of experience in management and dispatching. Matt was hired as a professional driver for DRS Inc. in the winter of 2006 and has proven to be a valuable and skilled employee. He has recently been rewarded with a promotion to lead Washington State dispatcher.

Mr. Curry has 18 years of experience in the construction industry including drywall installation, steel stud framing, wood framing, and operating heavy equipment. He is now managing the South Sound yards in Bremerton, Milton and Olympia.

Mr. Perske has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has years of operational knowledge in equipment from excavators, loaders, pile drivers, backhoes cranes and trucks. With this background, he is in the ideal position as our plant manager. With his extensive mechanical background he keeps all of our plant equipment running smoothly.

Mr. Thompson Sr. attended San Diego City College and majored in Business Management. He spent six years in the USN Submarine Service and was part of the electronics department. In the subsequent 30 years he has held various positions in technical support and technical sales in the printing, copying, manufacturing, data/telecom equipment, data center and recycling businesses. He joined DRS to get the company's recycled gypsum registered with the various state agencies and develop a market for the products.

Mr. Guimont has owned and operated a drywall recycling company since 1999 and was one of the founders of DRS Inc. With Mr. Guimont’s extensive industry knowledge, his charge is to expand into new markets while growing current business. He works full time with DRS Inc. and is in charge of growth and expansion while keeping a close eye on daily operations.
