DRS Inc. is currently a privately held company that has 51 shareholders that invested in our company through a private placement opportunity that has since been closed.

However, we have recently had our S1 approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission to become a publicly traded company and we have received our trading symbol for the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). It is DRSX. We are excited for what the future has in store for DRS and the rest of the recycling community.

At DRS, we tailor our services to the construction, demolition, remodel and commercial development markets. We are leading the fight against dumping perfectly good recyclable material into our overflowing landfills. We consider it shameful that so many public and private entities take it for granted that the earth will always supply us with what we need. With temperatures rising, rain forests disappearing, and less raw natural materials available, the earth may not always be there for us. When are people going to wake up and start doing their part? DRS has started doing our part by recycling 100% of the products we process.

It is our goal to educate builders, contractors, homeowners and communities about how simple it can be to recycle. In addition, we can demonstrate how important their contributions will be to the health of our planet.

DRS Inc. has developed a recycling model that can be repeated and expanded to all 50 states and many foreign countries. Once approved by the NASD, anyone in the world can own, invest and trade in our environmentally conscious company. Most of our current stockholders have a passion for the environment and want to see recycling become a way of life.
